Use the holodeck and there are two choices:

Or is it, in fact, the "Ultima" adventure that Kuan has later in the game, and what's really missing is a final scene as he emerges from the holodeck program?
Re-creation Attempts
Researchers have reached their own conclusions about the mystery and are currently at work re-creating the lost program.
