I had high hopes for this show (like an Office spin-off), but BoingBoing's been wrong before. Alas, apart from T-shirt references and the DVD menus, the characters are only superficial stereotypes cut-&-paste into situation comedy templates. Seems I could imagine far more interesting scenarios back in my own IT department, but maybe those wouldn't have progressed much beyond the "have you tried turning it on and off" line, either.
